The role
Are you an experienced Early Childhood Professional seeking a new and rewarding challenge? We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated Children’s Services Team. Reporting to the Children’s Centre Director, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centre to uphold high standards of education and care, delivering enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development for young children.

Positions available at Earlwood Children's Centre and Hurlstone Park Children's Centre
1 x Temporary Full time position available up to 9 months at Earlwood
1 x Permanent Full Time position available at Hurlstone Park.
1 x Permanent Full Time position available at Earlwood.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Ensure compliance with the Early Education and Care National Law and Regulations, including the National Quality Standards, at all times.
- Assist in the implementation of an innovative and reflective early childhood education program that is reflective of the principles, practices and outcomes of the National Early Years Learning Framework.
- Contribute to a collaborative team through shared learning, a positive attitude, and sound communication skills
- Develop and maintain meaningful, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, community members, management and other relevant professionals; and collaborate to provide an appropriate
- curriculum based on each child's strengths, needs and interests.

You will have
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Working with Children Check.
- Capability to Identify and Respond to Children & Young People at Risk of Harm.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate that includes Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
- Experience providing quality learning experiences and creating enriching environments for young children.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Effective communication skills.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $71,819 (Grade D, Step 1) + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
